About

The Recovery Foundation is a UK Registered Charity who provide courses and training around mental health and recovery with a particular focus on hope.

We offer free Hope in Recovery groups (currently online) to individuals who wish to find out more about hope and how they can start to walk their recovery journey from crisis to living well with a mental illness. These groups are run by Experts by Experience who share their own experiences and facilitate each of the 7 sessions.

Organisations can also use our Hope in Recovery groups and we are delighted to be working with Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health Foundation Trust Recovery Colllege for All.

The Recovery Foundation also offer training to individuals and organisations. We train in topics such as: Mental Health and the Community, Psychosis, Hope and Recovery, Hope when it’s Hopeless and offer a bespoke training service to organisations.
