This short course will guide you through understanding the difference between and allergy, an intolerance and anaphylaxis.
This course has been created to provide reassurance and guidance to parents, educators and care givers on managing allergies within your setting.
As well as understanding the difference between each.
We will explain some of the key allergens including milk allergies and food protein induced allergies.
What causes asthma and eczema and how this can be linked to allergies.
We will also look at severe allergic reactions know as anaphylaxis.
