What is Climate Action?

Climate action can be defined as ‘the act of doing something to reduce or stop climate change and prevent serious permanent damage to the environment.’ 

What will children learn?

In this skill, students will explore the definitions of ‘climate’ and how it works. They will investigate the damage being done to our climate and explore how to protect it from further decline. They will engage in projects and campaigns to raise awareness within the local community, as well as reach out to prominent figures such as the local MPs or business owners for support.
