What is Leadership?

Leadership involves creating and sharing a clear vision, establishing achievable goals and providing followers with the knowledge and support to achieve those goals. It can also involve making sound and sometimes difficult decisions. Effective leaders are aware of their strengths and can hold people accountable for competing assigned tasks.

What will children learn?

In this skill, students will engage in lessons that promote collaborative learning as well as leading projects/activities that will build their emotional intelligence.

They will have the opportunity to explore their leadership style as well as build their confidence, communication skills and management skills.

Inquiry based learning

Students enjoy a student-centered, engaging approach to the discovery and exploration of this skill.
