This CPD accredited course is designed to help you gain more knowledge and understanding of anxiety, anxiety disorders, worries and fears in young people.

This course is based on thousands of hours counselling and supporting young people experiencing anxiety and is backed by research and the latest neuroscience.

Set in modules it is designed for you to take time to self-reflect on your own values and beliefs, how you work and to help support you in implementing even more strategies to help your anxious students thrive.
