In this course we will explore how to support, extend and challenge children’s fundamental movement skills through active play in line with EYFS Birth to 5 matters. The training will be based around Helen Dewhurst’s No. 1 best seller book I Spy with my Superhero Eye. Participants will get lots of practical ideas they can implement into their childminder setting to support children with a healthy, active start in life.

Helen is the founder of Superhero Sports Academy, an active start programme for children in the 0-5 age group. She is a mum of six, a nannie of one and has run children’s classes for over fifteen years.
