What is Problem Solving?
Problem-solving is the ability of students to make choices, interpret, formulate, model and investigate problem situations, select and use technological functions and communicate solutions effectively.
What will children learn?
In these lessons students take on real life projects by finding solutions to driving questions. This collaborative learning experience students gain the opportunity to make real impact in the world around them whilst developing related skills such as empathy, communication, innovation and creativity. Students also learn techniques to solve problems such as simplifying, using prior knowledge, trying new approaches and collaborating.
