Happy Kids ~ Happy Teachers: Professional Development For Educators Of Children 3-7
This course has been designed for busy and time poor early childhood educators.
Working with young children is a busy job! Have you ever felt overwhelmed, unsure of what to do, confused about the actions of the children? Have you ever felt unsure when you’ve had to handle a situation, or feel you could have done better if only you had different strategies? Have you wanted to have better relationships with the children, parents or colleagues?
This course can help!
It includes 10 short, 15 minute videos and is accompanied by a workbook that encourages self reflection, provides tools for success in the classroom, and self-love activities. The learning experiences in the workbook builds a Classroom Action Plan for you to use into the future. The course is built on research into child development, brain science, intuition and Dr. Kathryn Murray’s 37 years of experience in education.
At the end of this course you will: feel more confident; have extended knowledge of child development; an understanding of what’s happening in a child’s brain; recognise how that guides learning and behaviours; and have a range of practical strategies that work in the classroom!
You will have additional skills to help you feel calm, empowered and excited by your teaching. The children will be engaged and confident and will be happy to come to the classroom every day – and so will you!
