How Food Shapes Your Child – Building a Brain
Building a human brain requires a lot of resources. The pace of growth during the early years is immense – from birth to 2 years our brains triple in size to reach 80% of its’ adult size. The completion to an adult sized brain is usually achieved by the age of 21.
