Outline: The more we can understand and recognise factors in challenging behaviours the more we can manage and approach the situations effectively. This training looks at how we can manage our own feelings and responses as well as supporting children to recognise and begin to manage they feelings and responses. We will look at the potential dangers whilst outdoors if children are exhibiting behaviours that may challenge us and how to overcome these.

Delegates will go away with a range of risk assessments around behaviours and strategies to support children exhibiting them.
